Requests and confirmation

Submitting the booking form starts a review; it does not confirm an appointment.

Daza Auto confirms the requested service, setup, date, time, and any follow-up requirements directly with the customer.

02

Scope and pricing

Online prices are starting estimates based on the selected package, focus, vehicle size, and add-ons.

Final scope and price are confirmed after the vehicle condition and request details are reviewed. A heavier condition or different service need may require a revised recommendation.

03

Mobile setup and weather

Mobile service requires nearby water and power plus a safe driveway, garage, or open work area where the service is allowed.

Clear weather is preferred. Rain, storms, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. Apartment and no-utility requests are reviewed for possible drop-off.

04

Deposits and payment records

Paint correction, ceramic coating, or another service that reserves a larger calendar block may require a deposit before confirmation.

Final payment information recorded by Daza Auto is associated with the related request and can appear in the client portal.

05

Changes and cancellations

Call, text, or email as soon as possible when service scope, location, or timing needs to change.

Include the request code so Daza Auto can find the correct record and review the change before the appointment.

06

Customer and service records

Contact, vehicle, address, request, and payment details are used to review service, communicate with the customer, and maintain service history.

Signed-in clients can access records connected to their verified account. Internal admin notes are not shown as customer-facing service records.

Questions or changes

Use the request code when you reach out.

That keeps service, schedule, and payment conversations connected to the correct request.
